A period family home with an open-plan design, the clients wanted a first floor refurbishment and a reconfiguration of the internal layout on the ground floor for a cosier, enclosed lounge and a separate dining & day room, with a rear extension to provide a dining area, maximising the natural light without losing too much of the garden space.
