The Brief:
The property had previously been extended to the rear although it was in poor condition. The existing building needed a full refurbishment. The client chose to demolish the existing rear extension and create a large open plan kitchen / dining space plus add a loft dormer which allowed for additional two rooms to be created. Additional strip windows to the gable end of the property allowed for natural light into otherwise dark
